30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your OSVAYNE order.

Return conditions

Items must be unused and unworn, with their original tags and original packaging. Include your order number or proof of purchase with your request.

How to request a return

Email sammrraie@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Contact us before sending your return so we can provide the return instructions and correct return address.

Return shipping

Customers pay the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we will inspect the items and confirm whether the return meets the conditions above. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
